Snoop Dogg pitches Hood American Idol Series!!!

According to sources Snoop Dogg is looking to produce a talent based show that will find undiscovered hip-hop talent in the hood. Uncle Snoop is even thinking of recruiting Jay-Z for his show. I am excited to see something like this go down. It's about time that there is some type of outlet for the black community to express our musical talents. Snoop has not landed a major network for the show but it definetly seems like its in the works.

Queen B never left the throne...it's official she is the baddest in the game. I am really feeling her new single "The Best I Never Had". I'm not sure where people got these rumors of her making a completely "euro-techno" album but I can tell you that these two latest tracks she came out with in combination with the debut of her "Girls" video has put her back on top of my playlist. Sorry Rihanna, although I love your songs but you are only going to be a duchess in Beyonce's court....she has the whole package.

Speaking of my songbird diva's did you hear about the direction that cassie is taking with her new album? She is going to channel the sound of the late great Aliyah....yeah....no. Sorry Cassie, you're alright but you will never be a singer like that. I don't even know when the last time you even came out with a single. Can someone remind me? Does anyone know?
