Singer/model Ciara turns 26 today. There is no confirmation of what the songstress has done or will do to celebrate, but a close friend did tweet a picture of Cici and her bestie Kim K celebrating, although Taletela.com says that the picture may actually be an old picture.
Ciara was also spotted in the Halloween spirit at an event where she was dressed as a glamorous vampire.
