R.I.P Phylicia Barnes

Last month I covered a story on a young lady named Phylicia Barnes, a North Carolina teen girl who disappeared while visiting family in Baltimore, M.D. I became so connected to this young lady, I felt like she was a little sister and that someone had done something to a member of my family. I recently found out that Phylicia Barnes' body was discovered in a river 40 miles from where she disappeared. The search is now on for this gem's murderer. R.I.P angel.
