New Music: "Kings and Queens" Tyga ft. Nas and Wale

Clearly I have either been sleeping on Tyga or he is switching up his style on this new album, because I didn't know that he was such a lyricist. Tyga teamed up with Nas and Wale to bring us Kings and Queens, a new single from his sophmore albume Careless World: Rise of the Last King.
This track is very poetic and inspirational, much different than Rack City which was Tyga's last single.

New Music T.I feat. Dr.Dre ”Popped Off”

Another unexpected collaboration for 2012, T.I and Dr.Dre join forces to bring us a track that will definitely inspire dancing. Popped Off which was produced by Dr.Dre is smooth and laid back, something for the grown and sexy.

Big Gov and The Black Guvernment Music Group

Scene: It's a cold night in Detroit, it's raining, it's dark, and it's silent. You're mobbing through the streets and you need some music to listen to. You're tired of listening to the same old music about flossing, bad women, and getting throwed. You put in the new Big Gov mixtape and ....banger!!!!!

I recently had the chance to meet one of Detroit's hottest rap labels Black Guvernment Music Group and their starring act Big Gov from Detroit, MI. Now anyone who knows me, knows that I love a local rap movement, and this one is the strongest!  You have to have seen these guys too. Big Gov is one of the main producers for Pinky XXX and he also played Marcel in the movie "Envy". You can also check him out on Reverbnation, Pandora, and download the "Debt Collector" on iTunes.

The Black Guvernment Music Group as a whole has a lot going, these guys never sleep. With the re-release of "Money Talks" and the upcoming video shoot the movement grows everyday. They are looking for models for there video as well so for inquiries email fem_inc@yahoo.com.

Want to get your own taste of Big Gov live and in person. Check him out Dec.16th at The Urban Soul Party where they will be performing along with Slum Village at Blondie's Nightclub 2281 W. Fort St Detroit MI.

Check out Money Talk below.

Watch the Throne!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The countdown has finally ended and a masterpiece has been released. Without any leaks, but with a lot of speculation, "Watch the Throne" has finally dropped early this morning to download and it is well worth the wait and lives up to the hype. This album is for straight up hip-hop lovers. Jay and Kanye rip serious verses over some of the dopest beats. Watch the Throne is one of those albums that you turn on for a long time and before you look up your there, and you were so into the music that you didn't realize how long you were riding. There are no gimmicks, just real rap. This album is epic and makes me reminisce about real hip hop.

It's hard to pick a favorite even though I have been listening to Watch the Throne all day on repeat. But if I had to absolutely choose it would be 'Why I Love You' featuring Mr. Hudson. What's your favorite track from Watch the Throne? Comment below or  tell me at www.twitter.com/mkiatheblogger .

Check out the album art for Watch the Throne. it's hot and you get these and more when you download it.

New Music Chris Brown feat. Kevin McCall 'Strip"

Breezy recently released a track from his highly anticipated mixtape "Boy in Detention" and it's definetly fire. I can't wait until he releases another track, and I am happy that it's not just straight hip-hop like some people said it would be.

Follow me on twitter.com/mkiatheblogger for updates on Chris Brown's new mixtape.

Diamonds are Forever-Trina's New Mixtape

The self-proclaimed Baddest B***h is back again with another mixtape titled "Diamond's are Forever"  Now I'm kind of partial because I really wasn't feeling her last album but this mixtape is kinda hot, and I haven't even heard the whole thing.  She definetly came harder with this one, bringing back that classic Trina flow.

I'm just glad we have some competition in the game once again for the top female spot.
Let's send a big "YOU GO GIRL!!!!!" to the baddest b***h!!!!
You can decide for yourself by downloading the mixtape here .
